Mail Box Posts

Custom or Decorative Mail Box posts give your house an excellent initial impression.  To have a substantial "one of a kind" box is unique.  It is easier to give directions to people coming to see you for the first time.  "Go to the house with the carved post on the mailbox, there is nothing else like it."

As noted in the first page and below, the angle of the spirals can be changed along with the kind of spirals.  Shallow and a deeper pitch will be more rope like.  Deeper and less pitch will be more ring like.

The two to the left are $93.00 plus tax (If bought in GA).  On the front page and on the right, the white ones with a copper top is $185 plus tax (If bought in GA). Mailbox is not included.  If it needs to be shipped, write for shipping charges.  I will put either a clear coat or white coat primer on the posts to retard cracking if desired.  The posts are made of treated pine.  Cedar is also available.

The first one is one spiral. The second one from the left looks GREAT but is unstable and breaks real easily when bored through. The one on the right is 3 spirals.  They come in either Rope, Classic Spiral, or Barley Twist.
